Easy French Crêpes Recipe

Soft, thin, and buttery, these Easy French Crêpes taste just like the ones from a cozy Paris café. They’re delicate around the edges, light in texture, and perfect for both sweet and savory fillings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Butter for the pan

Instructions

1. Make the Batter

Whisk flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until smooth and thin.

2. Cook the Crêpes

Heat a lightly buttered non-stick pan over medium heat.

Pour about ¼ cup batter into the pan and swirl quickly into a thin layer.

Cook for 1–2 minutes until lightly golden, flip, then cook another 30 seconds.

Repeat with remaining batter.

Serving Ideas
